📣 Friendly Reminder for Families 📣

As we begin the 2nd semester, we’d like to share an important update with our school community.

Students are no longer permitted to bring outside food or drinks into the school building. This includes items such as Starbucks, energy drinks, fast food, etc.

✅ What is still allowed:

Lunches and snacks prepared at home

Snacks or treats for special events coordinated with the teacher, such as birthday cupcakes, class parties, and other approved celebrations

Thank you so much for your continued support and partnership as we work together to create a positive and focused learning environment for our students. We truly appreciate our families! 💙

📣 Cold Weather Reminder for Families 📣

With the recent drop in temperatures, please make sure your students are coming to school with jackets, hoodies, or warm layers to stay comfortable throughout the day.

💙 If for any reason your family is unable to provide a jacket, please know we are more than happy to help. Don’t hesitate to reach out! Our goal is to make sure every student stays warm and cared for.

Girls on the Run is a powerful program that helps girls build confidence, joy, and healthy habits that last a lifetime. Through fun, evidence-based lessons that combine movement, goal-setting, and teamwork, participants grow stronger inside and out 💪✨

Why it matters:
💙 Girls’ confidence can start to drop as early as age 9
🏃‍♀️ Physical activity often decreases around age 10
🤝 Many girls face bullying between ages 10–13

The Spring 2026 season begins the week of February 23, 2026, and it’s a great chance for our Lobos to run, grow, and shine together 🌈
