Congratulations to our outstanding educators and Golden Apple winners! The 2020 Golden Apple Excellence in Teaching Awards were presented on November 5th to three SFPS educators by the Golden Apple Foundation of New Mexico. In total, seven outstanding educators received awards. SFPS' educators are Shantel Dixon and Carman C. Moon, English teachers at Capital High School (CHS), and Richard M. Pittman, biology teacher at Santa Fe High School. Jay Clack, who teaches AP English at CHS, was named a Teacher of Distinction.
